Contest Overview
Participants submit a brief write-up on the topic 'My Best Investment Experience with Franklin Templeton Investments'. The content of each letter shall not exceed 300 words.

A letter will be selected and featured on the Franklin Templeton Singapore website on a weekly. The author of each featured letter will receive a book titled "Equities", written and autographed by Dr. Mark Mobius. There will be 10 featured letters.

There will be one sole winner who will get to meet Dr. Mark Mobius in Singapore in an all-expenses paid, private dinner session.

Announcement of Winners
Authors of the featured letter will be notified by email or telephone. The books will be sent to the mailing address indicated in your letter or email.

The author of the best letter for the entire contest will receive a copy of the book and a personal dinner invitation with Dr. Mark Mobius. The sole winner will be notified by email or telephone.

The overall result will be published online at www.franklintempleton.com.sg on Monday, 17 September 2007.

Rules and Conditions
1. Employees of Franklin Templeton Investments ("FTI") and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate in the contest. Corporate or other entities are not eligible to participate in the contest.

2. Only 1 entry is allowed per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. All letters and emails are to reach FTI by 31 August 2007, 23:59 hours (SGT).

3. The author need not be a current investor with FTI. Investments in FTI are not limited to funds registered in Singapore.

4. Prizes are not transferable. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited without any liability on the part of FTI.

5. FTI's decision on all matters relating to the contest is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

6. FTI reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion and without prior notice to participants:

   i. To cancel or modify the contest;
   ii. To substitute or replace the prize with any other prize of equal or similar value.

7. All prizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or benefit in-kind and are not inclusive of taxes and/or duties (if any) and other related expenses, all of which are the sole responsibilities of the winners.

8. By participating in this contest, you have given FTI your consent to edit and use the content of the letter to be featured. This encompasses the use of your personal information for other purposes, including, but not limited to, marketing and joint promotional activities and research/survey.
