Will began his tenure as a Client Portfolio Manager at Legg Mason Australia before it became part of Martin Currie. During this time, he was named Portfolio Manager. Martin Currie became part of ClearBridge in 2025. Prior to this, he was Head of Institutional Sales at Deutsche Bank; Head of Equities at ANZ Securities; and an Investment Analyst at National Mutual Funds Management.

Will received a Bachelor of Commerce in economics from the University of Melbourne and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
