Yu-Jen Shih, CFA

Yu-Jen Shih is a portfolio manager and deputy director of research for Templeton Global Investments. His portfolio management responsibilities focus on Asian and China equities. He also oversees the consistency and robustness of the research process and drives the ongoing development of timely, high-quality investment ideas.

Mr. Shih brings over two decades of global and Asia investment experience. He was previously with Fullerton Fund Management in Singapore where he was the lead manager of several Asia-focused equity funds. Prior to Fullerton, he was an equity portfolio manager at Henderson Global Investors and at Baring Asset Management, based in London.

Mr. Shih holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Engineering from Imperial College. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a native Mandarin speaker.
